Situated between two beautiful parks, turn left out the building rear and you enter an acre of lovely greenspace with mature trees, paths, sculptures, benches, and a delightful fountain. Turn right, cross the street and you enter Point State Park, more than 36 acres including biking and walking trails. At the landmark Point is a magnificent 150-foot fountain marking the spot where the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers meet to form the Ohio River.
