The Building

The Building

  • At 27 floors, Gateway Towers is the tallest building in the Gateway Center complex. Constructed in 1964, it was a milestone in the Pittsburgh Renaissance as it was the city’s largest and most luxurious apartment building and reflected the nationwide trend to new executive-size apartment suites in downtown areas.
  • Residences include one, two, and three-bedroom units with the option to merge units for more space. Corner units feature the most scenic, expansive views.
  • The northern vista includes the Allegheny River, PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, the Ft. Duquesne Bridge, and the Sister Bridges.
  • All units feature central heating and air-conditioning.
  • New, cleanly designed windows open easily for fresh air.
  • The outlook to the south includes the Gateway Towers Plaza and the Central Business District.
  • Indoor parking with valet service beneath the building means you never have to go outside to get your car.
  • Views to the east include PNC Park, the Allegheny River, and Sister Bridges, as well as the Gateway Center office complex.
